Thanks for visiting my blog!
Come and have a look around some of my recent jobs, and you'll also find the odd photo taken purely for pleasure (imagine that!). I also use the blog to promote your event or products after a shoot.

OK - so I think I can say that this was a first for me: photographing a conference (on Open Source CMS Drupal) where the group picture included a giant pink Martian!

Delighted that fifthring decided to use one of my photos for their recent advert in Drum magazine. I wish I could say it was carefully posed, but the true story behind (pun intented) this image is that it was a lucky shot on Edinburgh's Royal Mile during the Edinburgh Fringe some years ago. In fact, I only realised I struck gold when I reviewed my pictures back at the ranch!

A fun shoot with two gorgeous 5 year olds, in 'The Wild Flower shop' in Portobello, for Imogen's Wardrobe (soon to become Evie and Roo). Website is under construction but I'll provide the link once it's up! Meanwhile you can contact the owner through her Facebook page.

I just love how these dresses are not fussy little versions of adult clothes, but beautiful and practical proper little girl dresses. Oh, and they have pockets!

The flowers were kindly provided by Esther of The Wild Flower Shop, www.estherkuck.com.

On Friday 5 October a large group of IT professionals came together in Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh, to raise money for Action for Children's work to combat young people's homelessness. After a dinner, quiz, raffle and auction there was a sleep-out in Holyrood Park (photos of that part of the event were taken by Adrian Smales).
An impression of the event is below, or view the full set of photos here. To purchase a CD with all high-resolution images please get in touch. A proportion of all sales will go to Action for Children.

Met up with Mike of For Goodness Cake today at the Stockbridge Market for some promo shots of his gluten-free cakes. I went away with a goodie bag full of scrumptious cake goodness - absolutely delicious!!

In particular, I can highly recommend the brownies... they don't just look good, they taste amazing too!

You can find For Goodness Cake on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/goodnesscake.
